How information is used when you browse or enquire.
Website enquiries
The website builds your enquiry locally in your browser and opens WhatsApp. The public form does not intentionally save your completed enquiry to the website server. Once sent, the information is handled within WhatsApp and by Chennai Rentals for responding to your request.
Analytics
Google Analytics is used to understand site traffic and interactions. Google may process device, browser, approximate location and usage information according to its own policies. You can use browser controls or an analytics opt-out tool to limit this processing.
Bookings and verification
If you proceed, we use contact, booking, payment and guest-verification information to assess eligibility, administer the stay, comply with legal duties and resolve issues. Identity documents must be provided only through the secure method supplied by the host.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably required to respond and manage follow-up, normally no longer than 12 months. Confirmed booking, payment and legally required records may be retained for longer where accounting, tax, safety or dispute obligations apply. Identity copies are deleted when verification and applicable legal needs no longer require them.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers such as WhatsApp, email, analytics and payment providers, or with authorities when legally required.
