Guest information and house policy.

These conditions apply to every Chennai Rentals property unless a property page states otherwise.

Eligibility and identification

We welcome families, legally married couples, solo travellers, business travellers and same-gender groups. Unmarried couples and mixed-gender groups are not accepted.
The minimum booking age is 18.
Government-issued photo ID is required for every adult guest and must be securely submitted before arrival; originals are rechecked at check-in.
Bookings from unmarried couples are not accepted. Couple bookings require a marriage certificate for verification.
Only registered guests included in the confirmed booking may stay overnight.

Visitors require the host’s prior written approval.
Opposite-sex visitors are not permitted unless they are the registered guest’s parent. Any exception must be requested and approved before arrival.
Unregistered overnight visitors are not permitted.

No smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, recreational drugs or substance use anywhere on the property.
No pets. Service-animal requests are handled as required by applicable law.
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
No events, parties, commercial photography or filming without written approval.
Switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, water heaters and appliances when not in use. Use the designated kitchen socket for high-power appliances.

Check-in: after 2:00 PM.
Checkout: before 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and advance approval.

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and must pay reasonable repair or replacement cost.
Report damage or maintenance issues promptly and leave the home reasonably tidy.
Trash is collected daily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Tie bags securely and place them inside the designated bin within the gate; do not leave waste outside.

Electricity, water and Wi-Fi are included with responsible use.
For direct stays of 30 nights or more booked through Chennai Rentals, weekly cleaning is included.
Fresh linen and towels are provided at check-in. Additional replacement arrangements for extended stays are explained before booking.
No security deposit is charged. A 25% reservation advance is paid to confirm the first month, the remaining 75% is due at check-in, and each later month is paid in full at the beginning of that month.
Request extensions well in advance; extensions depend on availability.
