24-hour cancellation window

A full refund is available within 24 hours after booking confirmation when the booking was confirmed at least seven full days before check-in.

Short stays

At least five full days before check-in: full refund of the 25% reservation advance.

Fewer than five full days before check-in: the 25% reservation advance is non-refundable. No additional amount will be charged after cancellation.

After check-in: nights already used are non-refundable; 50% of the unused accommodation amount already paid is refundable.

No-show: the 25% reservation advance is non-refundable; no additional pre-arrival amount is charged.

Long stays

For stays of 30 nights or more, cancellation at least 30 full days before check-in receives a full refund of the 25% reservation advance. If cancelled fewer than 30 full days before check-in, the 25% reservation advance is non-refundable and no additional amount will be charged. After check-in, each monthly payment becomes non-refundable when that month’s stay period begins. Guests ending an extended stay early should provide at least 30 days’ notice. Any future month not yet paid for will not be charged.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are processed within seven calendar days, preferably to the original payment method. If that is not possible, payment is made to a verified bank account or UPI ID belonging to the booking guest. Financial institutions may take additional time to display the credit.

Any booking-specific written exception issued by Chennai Rentals takes priority for that booking.
